Preheat the oven to 350F / 177C / gas mark 4.
In a bowl mix together: 50mls of olive oil, 30mls of soy sauce, 30mls balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon Italian herbs, 1 teaspoon of dried mustard and chopped parsley, mix together.
Cover 350g of beef strips with the marinade.
Open up a Large Bakewell oven bag and place the marinated beef steak inside.
Close the bag loosely with one of the ties provided. If you have time place the bag in the fridge for 30 minutes so the meat gets marinated.
Put the bag on an ovenproof dish, cut one of the corners off and place in the middle of the oven.
Cook for 20-35 minutes depending om how brown you like your meat.
When the time is up open the bag carefully and serve the beef steak.
We recommend serving with guacamole on a taco with fresh salad and zest of a lime.
