Preheat oven to gas mark 5 / 290*C / 374F.
Open up a large Bakewell oven bag.
Place the sausages inside the bag and tie loosely with one of the ties provided.
Cut the corner of the bag off using a scissors, place the bag in an oven proof dish in the middle of the oven.
Cook for 20 minutes.
When time is up, carefully open up the bag and serve the sausages. We recommend putting them in bread rolls and adding whatever topping you like 🙂
