Preheat oven to 180*C.

Cut the potatoes and put them in a large Bakewell oven bag with olive oil, garlic butter, rosemary and seasoning.

Carefully turn the bag a few times to ensure potatoes are fully coated.

Tie the bag loosely with one of the ties provided.

Using a scissors carefully cut the corner of the bag off.

Place the bag in an ovenable dish and position in the middle of the oven.

Cook for 20 minutes or until potatoes are cooked and brown.

Accompany with a meat dish or add to a cold salad.
