Open up a Bakewell large oven bag.

Add to the oven bag: 450g of deshelled prawns, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of seed oil, 1 tablespoon cider vinegar, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon of Chinese sesame seed oil and 1 thinly chopped red chilli.

Close the bag loosely with one of the ties provided.

Gently move the bag around to make sure prawns are covered in marinade and place in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour.

Preheat oven to gas mark 6/ 200*C

Place the bag on an oven proof dish and place in the middle of the oven.

Cook for 15-20 minutes.

When prawns are cooked, carefully open the oven bag and serve. We recommend serving with rice or noodles.
