Couscous with vegetables

Preheat oven to gas mark 4 / 177*C / 350F.

Add to a bowl 100g of couscous, 2 chopped carrots, chopped broccoli and 50mls of vegetable stock. Stir well.

Open up a medium sized Bakewell oven bag.

Add the contents of the bowl into the bag and tie loosely with one of the ties provided.

Place bag on an oven proof dish and place in the middle of the oven for 25 minutes.

When time is up carefully open the bag and serve.
