Chickpea curry

Preheat oven to 350F / Gas mark 4 / 180*C.

Open up a large Bakewell oven bag.

Add to the bag 1 diced onion, 1 teaspoon of dried chilli, 4 chopped cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of: coriander, cumin, garam masala, tomato puree, 300mls of water and stir carefully.

Add to the bag a can of chopped tomatoes and 500 grams of chickpeas, stir carefully.

Place the bag on an ovenproof dish in the middle of the oven.

Cook for 20-30 minutes.

When time is up carefully open the bag and serve, we recommend serving with rice or bread.
