Preheat oven to 350F / Gas mark 4 / 180*C.
Open up a Large Bakewell oven bag.
Add to the bag 250g of quick-cook white rice, 2 teaspoons to curry powder, 2 chopped peppers, 420mls of chicken broth, 1 large chopped onion, 60g of raisins, 30g of green beans and stir with a wooden spoon carefully.
Add to the bag 4 chicken breasts and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of curry powder on top.
Tie the bag loosely with one of the ties provided and place in an oven proof dish.
Place the dish in the middle of the oven and cook for 45-50 minutes.
Once time is up and chicken is cooked, serve and enjoy!
