Using medium or thinly sliced bread butter each slice.

Add green pesto, mozzarella and slices of onion and tomato.

Slide the sandwich into the toasting bag with the open end facing up and place into the toaster and start cooking.

Allow to cool slightly before removing from the toaster.

Cut in half and enjoy 🙂
