Cheese and tomato omelette

In a large bowl whisk together 2 large eggs, 1 chopped tomato, 120grams of grated cheese, pepper and a tablespoon of basil.

Open up a Bakewell medium sized oven bag and add the contents from the bowl to it. Tie the bag loosely with one of the ties provided.

In a large saucepan bring water to the boil.

Carefully add the bag to the boiling water.

Boil for 13-15 minutes.

Once the time is up carefully remove the bag from the saucepan and open up the bag.

Serve the omelette with salad and enjoy 🙂
