Line your slow cooker using a Bakewell slow cooker liner.

Fry chopped onions in a frying pan for 5 minutes, add 3 chopped carrots and a handful of thyme and fry for another 3 minutes.

Stir in 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce with 600mls of boiling water.

Stir and add to slow cooker. Crumble 2 beef stock cubes into the slow cooker and season with pepper.

Using the oil from the pan add 900grams of beef, cook in batches until brown. Add each batch of cooked beef into the slow cooker.

Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4 hours.

Add parsley and season to taste. We recommend serving with a baguette and enjoy 🙂
