Preheat the oven to gas mark 6/200*C/400F.

Open up a Bakewell medium sized oven bag.

Put 1 or 2 pieces of seabass fillet in the bag.

Add to the bag the zest of half a lemon, a splash of white wine and 5 or 6 cherry tomatoes.

Also add to the bag pepper and sea salt.

Close the bag loosely with one of the ties provided. Cut a small slit in the bag to enable steam to escape.

Place the bag in an oven proof dish and put in the center of the oven.

Cook for 20 minutes.

Once the time is up carefully open up the bag and serve. We recommend accompanying the seabass with boiled potatoes.
