Chinese style salmon

Open up a Bakewell microwave bag.

Add to the bag two salmon fillets, one chopped garlic clove, one tablespoon of honey, three tablespoons of soy sauce and crushed ginger.

Close the bag with a tie provided.

Place the bag on to a microwavable plate and place inside the microwave.

Cook on 850W for 4-5 minutes.

Allow the bag to stand for 30 seconds before opening.

Undo the tie at the top of the bag or alternatively cut open with scissors.

Beware of hot steam when opening.

Add chopped spring onion as a garnish and serve with steamed rice.
